Officer Kosch
Officer Kosch is a graduate of the John S. Fine High School in Nanticoke. After high school Officer Kosch attended Luzerne County Community College receiving an Associate in Applied Science for Criminal Justice. Officer Kosch attended Lackawanna Junior College for the Municipal Police Training and became certified Act 120 Police Officer. Officer Kosch has also graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center for Mixed Basic Police Training Program.

Sergeant Roke
Officer Roke graduated from Nanticoke Area High School in 1992 and received an associated degree in criminal justice from Luzerne County Community College in 1994. He completed the Municipal Police Training Academy in April of 1995 and has been a member of the Nanticoke City Police Department since May 1995.
Officer Roke is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, President of the Police Athletic League, and Vice-President of the Nanticoke City Police Officer's Association.

Officer Kata
Officer Kata graduated from John S. Fine High School in 1992 and received an Associated Degree in criminal justice from Luzerne County Community College in 1994. After successfully completing the Municipal Police Training Academy in 2000, he worked as a police officer for the Newport Township Police Department and a Deputy with the Luzerne County Sheriff's Department.
In 2002, Officer Kata became a member of the Nanticoke City Police Department
